Any way to change the fps within the files?

Does anyone know if there's a way to set the max fps limit within the files?

Right click on the game in steam, click properties.

There's an option on the 1st tab that says: Set Launch Options

Add this command - +fps_max x "x is the ammount of fps you want to cap"

You might want to put that to 0 so you can get the best ammount of fps you could get.

i try that but don't work i set - +fps_max 300 and the same fps

i will test it when I finished downloading
