Random music playing during the game

I dont know about you guys but me and my friend been playing ranked lately and we've gotten to matches where just random music just starts playing like it even managed to break the sound of the game so idk do you guy get this too or maybe a bug or hack idk what yall think

ppl with open mics and background music. Kill the voice chat volume

or you may have a program you are turning on when you accidentally press play on your KB

or a program such as wallpaper engine that starts playing wallpaper music when there is silence

or you left a browser open in a page with some annoying ad engine
