Report a translation problem
If your router can do that: Set your QoS accordingly: your PC to highest priority (realtime application).
Do you connect to your router by cable or wifi? Switch to lan connection if possible.
Do you have a VPN service? Try connecting through this service via "fastest server". I experienced myself that ping may go down via VPN.
Disable all other devices and traffic from router, so that your device is the only one.
Flush DNS:
Open > CMD (Search on your windows search bar)
Type > ipconfig /release
then
Type > ipconfig /renew
then
Type > ipconfig /flushdns
Restart Apex.
