Stuck while shooting

When I shoot another player using a crosshair or not, the cursor get stuck mid follow. I see the player is moving right or left, but I can't move the mouse I get stuck.

Does anyone know why? It's very annoying. I use a G403 (not wireless) and G703 (wireless). I test the shooting range, nothing happen, only against other player online.
