Apex EA account banned for NO REASON

I was banned on September 25th, 2021 because I was reported "cheating" on a day that I DIDN'T EVEN PLAY on. If you check my EA account, there is NO BAN RECORD and NO CASES regarding cheating and somehow I was banned for "cheating". How is this even possible??! Has anyone experienced or is experiencing the same thing as me? Please send help ASAP

You should check what happened with your EA account with EA Support
Maybe another hacker from Hong Kong or etc
Just check connections to your account history via EA Support

same here after a week of not playing this game due to the sweet servers and disconnection issues i had to take a brake and when i came back today to check on the game i got the message this client account banned , did a little research on google and some of the users stated that you should at least get an email from EA that states what's going on and lo and behold i had an email from september 21 stating that my account got permanently banned because the account was cheating , i submitted 2 cases about this matter explaining in details my situation with some screen shots of the account k/d w/l how many hours i sunk into this game , i am waiting but holly crap i'm freaking out ,i played over 1800 hours and to see all what i have achieved in this game to go away like that is really freaking me out

same also got banned randomly. i can still log in and play firing range but can't play in a real match without geting kicked and says game account has been banned:banned i also sometimes get code:snake

Yeah same here. Luckily I was able to get my account back by getting in touch w/ some of the devs on Twitter. Took like over a month of me complaining to them cus trying to go thru EA support ended up being a waste of time. I think that the games anti-cheat does false positives more often than the devs realize

You are not the only one, they banned a lot of innocent people recently. They revoked mine after contacting them. Check this discussion for details:
