Linked to wrong Origin account
So I accidentally linked the game to my alternate origin account. While it's not the end of the world, I was wondering if there is a way to unlink it so I can tie it to my main instead.

ave you tried asking Origin since this is an Origin issue, not a game or Steam issue?

I contacted origin support and they are able to unlink the account and then when you go to launch JFO you get the prompt to relink to an origin account.
gee, why does this game even use origin again?

Thanks. I contacted their support team and they merged my accounts.

I'm still having the same issue when I launch the game from Steam but not Origin. I spoke to Steam support and they keep saying this is an issue on Origins end, even though it works fine from their launcher. What should I do? The game was a Christmas gift and I'm quite annoyed with it since it was around £50

Honestly, idk what to tell ya man. It is for sure an origin problem, maybe call them up again and see what they can do?

I spoke to them. They were unable to unlink my Steam account from my Origin account. Not sure why they didn't do that the first time I spoke to them, but at least it's sorted. :)

I'm having the same issue. I've already resolved it on EA's side, but I can't get Steam to relink to the correct origin account.

I ended up going back to EA again, and this time they realised I had linked the game to the wrong account. They were able to fix the issue fairly quickly.
