How to Progress the Albert & Layton Quest

Pick up the letter inside the hut (or house).

Deliver the letter to Albert's uncle in Stirrup.

Go to Albert and escort him to Layton.

Tell Layton that Albert can go to his uncle.

now, you can progress the quest.

this way could solve infinite response of Layton.

I am not sure that you have to read the letter .
by the way the hut is in the farm where the people were dead. they are Alberts family.
