Screen freezing when alt tab or similar

so screen freezing but i still can unpause game and here that game still running.
Im already built absolut new pc (except ssds) and problem still here.
Game running with dx11 will try Vulcan mb it will fix it.

anybody with same problem?

game install on Adata legend 900 1tb nvme
