(Open Beta) Noone to marry on minority religion Abyssinia 867 start?

The two Jewish counties in Gondar, Abyssinia are one of my usual starts for a relatively slow/quiet 867 game. With the beta running though I'm noticing there are now no eligible marriage candidates outside of the initial court. (Before the beta there'd be some from outside Abyssinia - not many, not great, but they were there and meant the dynasty didn't need to convert to Coptic just to get to a third generation.)

Is this a beta issue? (No mods whatsoever)
