Trade titles

The game reallllly needs a way to trade titles.

It sucks so hard trying to give your family member a kingdom but can't cause they already have some country or duchy and the government style forbids giving from another one. Or when you'd like them to have countries only of one dejure and not randomly all over from your lands.

It makes little sense that I need to forcibly take away a low worth title from someone and make them my rival when all I want is to give them a lot more worthy title to hold.

I hope someone would make a mod that allows things like this without making it a way to cheat. Ie they would only accept if it really made sense for them fur de jure or receiving a higher tier title while taking in account the manpower and gains from the countries
