How to cheat death by childbirth?

I got the event, i said haha funny and reload, and it kept happening again and again so it can't be savescummed... wtf kind of bs is this? how to cancel this stupid ♥♥♥♥?

In game, childbirth complications are determined at the beginning of a pregnancy. You need to savescum another year back.

This. Even if you were to remove the pregnant trait with a cheat it'd still happen. So yeah, you have to go back to before the woman got pregnant (so a full year) since the game WILL kill her when that child is determined to be born no matter what you do.

The only other way to get out of that situation is to use the debug mode's console commands. There's a few that work that cause miscarriages that end it right there. No death when the birth would happen. I believe the command is:

event pregnancy.2101

I might have that wrong. Should be easy to find with Google if I am. Should be on Reddit.
