A discord moderator, affiliated with Paradox, said how Ataturk is a controversial figure. And now, Turks are acting as if Paradox declared war upon the Turkish nation.

No bro its just a reaction to a wrong and biased discrimination. A figure like Atatürk cannot be affiliated with the ?Armenian genocide(ik its controversial but there is nothing proven). But its proven that Atatürk has no connection with it. He is the founder of the Republic of Turkey. He worked so hard for democracy like an ideal leader. He should not be used as a pawn in the games of today's dirty politics. And we, the turkish youth are reacting to it. And all the reaction is not directly to the ban, steam is deleting posts and chats about that and discord is deleting ticket records about it. If there is something to hide, there is a issue with it. So we react to paradox because they made a wrong action. We just want an apologize not a war. Because we are Atatürk's Youth,

The Southern Slavs love an overreaction too, but in all my years on Steam and PDX's own forums, there has never been a more deluded people to their own history as the Turks are.

A Turk on the EUV forum right now is arguing the start date for the game be changed because the current one doesn't have the Ottomans start as the Islamic Gigachads they were in EUIV's later start date.
