flickering ui
Any time I try to load a save game the ui goes crazy. I am not using any mods and it only started after the update. Also I have already tried disabling Fullscreen optimizations, changing the HUD theme, clearing shader cache and verified the game files.

The character creator flickers like crazy as well. When you move the sliders instead of morphing the screen flickers.
