Appointment succession
So I don't really care for the appointment succession model of China and usually do shattered world with random characters however after a generation it seems all the those areas eventually revert back to its default succession/government type after a generation or two. I'm guessing those counties are hardcoded. Anyone know of a way to fully disable that?
