How do i get the CROWNS OF THE WORLD DLC?

Title... i was under the impression this was available with Chapter 4 bundle, but its not available in the store any more and the individual DLC isn't available on its own?
Did i miss something? or are those 'chapters' limited availability?

You can still obtain it via the "Crusader Kings III: Collection BUNDLE".
