Recommend me some good gameplay overhaul mod to try out while I wait for ObfusCKate's update

I had pretty much given up on enjoying Crusader Kings (either 2 or 3) until the mod ObfusCKate was made and fixed what I personally consider the single most integral, baseline, fundamental flaw with the game - I didn't thought that a mod could fix that, but it seems like CK3 is more open for mods that affect the UI than CK2 was, which is really nice.

The mod author said he'll need time to update it for the new DLC, and that's of course perfectly fine and he should take whatever time he wants to take, modding is a hobby after all.

So meanwhile I've been playing on a rollback version, but figured I could also take the opportunity to try and check out other large-scale overhaul mods that I missed before due to unlikely compatibility.

What I already use are the Social Relationship Expanded (SRE) mod-family and the VIET/RICE events mods.

Anything else that might add some extra depth to the gameplay of the game is welcome!
