hey, looking for a way to farm embers of night to finish the quest ancient embers.
someone got an idea? :)


edit: you can farm embers of night at chest locations.

thank you! :) so its not possible to finish the quest right now? I returned 91 to Ianthe (1+30+60). she asks now for another 90 embers. I got 29 embers in my pocket right now.

Yes, seems like something wasn't released since it was broken. Act 1 has more areas that aren't available for exploration as of yet, so it's like 95% of act 1.

That's good to know, I'm also sitting with 29 and feel like I've scoured the map clean for now.

It IS possible, i just found my last 5 in a chest above the gambler NPC somewhere and got an epic axe as a reward for the quest

It now asks for 120 embers but she also said i cant find anymore in this area and i can no longer talk to the NPC

The Girl in the City Standing by the Cliff also rewards u with 15 embers, if U destroy the smoked signal

Damn, I've covered the map and finished the available campaign and I'm sitting at 59 out of the 60 I need. Do you get some from the first time you repeat a boss encounter or something?

If you give the villager that makes chicken noises a moly you can lead the chicken around to some 5-6 chicken places and it will reward some gold, exp and 10 embers

thanks! you can farm this box after relog for 5 embers of night. :)

edit: got 90+ embers for the last step. npc wants to drop a gift but nothing happens. I think its a bug. ^^

I can also confirm that all the 60 embers can be farmed using the chest ( coudn't find other way to do it ).

I also coudn't find the chicken man - in which city is he located ?

BTW got an epic shield as reward. It seems it's random.

he is in the same city as the quest npc. south-east.

There is infinite number for embers of the night :) ... so u can collect how many u like... but in EA max the sidequest can accept is 60 .... once they ask for 120 embers of the night, npc becames unclickable and that it is. I find the way how to collect infinite :) its quite easy ...

I got shield too, I have 5 epics right now...
