Share or take the gold?

I am about to finish the main quest, idk what to choose, should I keep the gold or share it with a faction?

Rep is. You can get treasury notes by doing events and stuff. One treasury note gets you like 10 gold or something. Plus they give away gold by doing the season challenges. There is like two or three I think. I just got 250 gold by completing the daily and weekly scoreboard challenges.

The reputation grind is so much more painful.

give it all to the Foundation, there is a certain glitch to boost Raiders reputation,

take all the gold as you can do dailys and get both there rep right up.

It only takes about a month to max rep for both factions.
Gold Bullion is more important for getting stuff.

share the gold bullions with both sides (what gives you a boost for both factions) , it spares you weeks of faction grind vs 2,5 days of treasure note handing in (and thats only because the handin cap of 20 notes per day, what translates to 200 bullion a day, you can have more treasure notes income per day)

Reputation is by far the worst part of the grind. Gold isn't really an issue other than the 200 per day limit just from Tickets. If you purchase the extra 300 for 6k Caps weekly it takes less of the pain out of it for the higher end items.

If later on Bethesda decides to make the final decision have a bigger impact on the story, then it would suck to have a repercussion. because you wanted to skip measly 3 days of Bullion grind.

First off they seem to be "catering" to everyone (and atoms) in some way. So i wouldnt besuprised if the lore changes based on chosen faction where meh anyways.

second I doubt the effects of the lore would be dependent on if you shared or not and more so just effects what faction you chose.
