Anything on past scoreboards will either come back in the atomic shop or gold vendors.

You can start anytime and do fine. The big decision you'll be strong-armed into have to make is whether you want to pay for a subscription or not.

They often sell the stuff on the ATOM shop later on, plus you can get some of it from gold vendors in the game (Crater and Foundation).

The game's definitely a lot better than it used to be, content-wise.

I actually missed out on the last scoreboard and I had a lot of gold tickets or whatever too. Had been gone from the game for a while and didn't realize they changed how it works now, you have to choose your rewards rather than them unlocking automatically. I have mixed feelings on that.

this isn't one of those games where you'll miss out on the big content if you aren't playing it 24/7 and even the limited time stuff comes back later in some form or another (except for that battle royale mode)

Maybe not too late, but too early.

Game is set for a shake up in December with some considerable balance changes. The game will probably feel very different to play.

Estimates are around 50 days. How you play/learn in those 50ish days will change, with some decisions being wrong and a waste of time (hard to say which as the current PTS is still undergoing changes).

So... you have a short time to progress the current season and anything you do may be pointless. I'd sorta, but not entirely, suggest to wait to play after that update in December. Just keep tabs on when it hits. Then there is 2025 and Ghouls... another big change in the works...

A ton of fomo has happened
a ton of emotes, cosmetics, and yes even OP things are completely inaccessible to you

IF you pay 25/month for fo1st you can then pay 10-25 dollars in atoms for SOME of SOME of past season 'catchup' stuff but not all of it is in the packages and usually not the best stuff

IF you start now you'll have less access to a lot of stuff, you can find some of it at other player camps... mostly you have to decide if you are ok with lacking emotes and cosmetic outfits plus a metric ton of camp build objects

My 1st is 12.99 a month. always, never more or never less. Am always waiting for them to mark it up because of inflation, Why not everything else is up. I stopped my FOMO and can only spend 1st atoms and any I get on the board or in game achievements. (This Ad payed for By MODUS).

Nah, your good to start now. Especially since you can use real money to buy some op weapons and stuff along all the comsetics and junk.

Sure, you'll not have access to some seasonal stuff right away, but some of them can be available from other players or if some 'special' things come round again, but nothing that you can't live without.

But be warned, if your not paying for 1st while you play your also fighting the storage mechanics and some players do get some serious game breaking bugs on top of all the regular bugs.

Do not read my review, its very, very negative. Unless you want to laugh at a salty Fallout fan crying ^^

I'm level 385, started playing heavy a year and a half ago. NOPE NOT TOO LATE. Lol more fun with a friend or two until you get the swing of what you like and like to do after you've done almost everything.

Yikes. I have 2 accounts and pay almost the same as that. Thanks for making me feel better and I can show the wife and tell her "See that, See those numbers), HAHAHA I don't think she will care anyway. She never plays games, and if I say anything about money and games she always say's (My game is playing with your Bank account) . Not sure if that is good or bad, not much to play with.
