How do you recieve it. A vendor told me he would send it to Fallout 76. how do I get it?

So if you are not supposed to have it, why is it so readily available? Why do many people I play with and against in Nuclear Winter have the very same types of armor? Also why are many players in the game not killable and always kill you first. Remember before you try to put me before a tribunal that I don't have any of these products. If they are not legal for the game I will not purchase or use them. Are you saying there is absolutely no crossover between game publishers and these other merchandise sellers? If it shows up which is hasn't in the past 24 hours I will delete it, if someone truly knowledgeable connected with Bethesda can tell me that. Thanks for all the replies. See you on the battlefield. One more thing. What is the difference from buying mods and buying armor especially at beginning or intermediate levels?

You need to learn the basics of Fallout 76. You should read some guides or watch some guide videos. Otherwise someone will need to write a wall of text for you.

Short version : Nuclear Winter weapons and armor and every other item is found in nuclear winter. Only cosmetic SKINs can be bought and used via the Atomic shop. You can not buy a weapon and bring it into NW.
As for why you die, thats because you have no clue what your doing. Armor, dmg drugs, defensive drugs, perks, weapon types, damage types, hit location. That all plays a factor in why you die before your target dies.
edit: in NW all items spawn from crates. Crate locations are static, once you know where the EPIC crate spawns you go check that location. If its not there, or opened already, you go to the next location it can possibly spawn at. Same thing for all types of chests. Then you have Computer Terminals and Locked Safe's, same thing as those chests, gear and stuff. But one can also show you everyone on the map for a short time. Making it easier for your team to kill or better if you want to launch a nuke.

Dude, buying anything with real money outside of official stores are >always< against the TOS. It's similar to a black market.

People suck and find fun in breaking things instead of enjoying as intended. Some folks hate Bethesda more than anything. NW is a Battle Royal. All the available armor and weapons are found in the zone. No one starts with anything equipment wise.

Real money. That’s the difference. The only armor or weapons you can purchase are with caps, fake money you cannot purchase.
You can buy skins with atoms. That’s it.

And, since you are talking about NW: You very explicitly cannot use said weapons or armor in that mode.

Now, right now I’m hoping this is just a massive miscommunication as English clearly isn’t your first language. Because it sounds like you tried to purchase, with money, weapons and armor that you can use in NW.
Which is cheating. Or would be if those were actually a thing that existed(They’re not).

And you are justifying it by saying ‘Well, other people must be cheating’.

Now: Ignoring that that’s not how NW cheaters work(They use hacks and outside programs) why on earth would you think people would want more, much loathed, cheaters in that mode?

Also, as to why you keep running into the same weapons and armor in NW: That’s how NW works. You scavenge weapons and armor from a much smaller loot pool with certain choices being superior. There’s only something like 4 armor choices.

I've never been moderated without one in the past. It wasn't controversial in any way. I have to hope it was a server side issue.
