So you have nothing to back up your claims other than very broad stroked things said by Bethesda and even tho you've got people on this forum saying it's fine and even providing context with their responses about said "Grey Area", we should listen to you tho cos "trust me bro". Yeah, I'll take the guys that have been playing since opening day and even the betas advice over yours if you don't mind. Something tells me they might be a bit more informed.
It's almost like you think I'm about to mod in a 1-shot killing, server wide AoE having Fatman with a 100% bonus to legendary loot drops and exp, and it also kicks your cat or something. It's a mod to help people communicate outside of the (what seems to be) useless voice chat system. I do not get why all the hate over trying to unite a community somewhat. :(
"I'm going to trust random people, instead of the EULA for Fallout 76 that I agreed to when I first launched the game, and continue to agree to every time I log in."
The surface of this brain was not marked by the characteristic wrinkles one might usually expect to find.
Mmm, yes, I'm going to trust people who actually have time, information, practice and experience on the subject over some random that comes in without context other than "trust me bro". Sorry if you can't understand why that might be, and that's fine. But please, what am I ment to follow if this supposed "trust me bro" info is real over this: https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/44429 and others that that contradict him, many of which it seems can be found on this very forum?
So, here's an idea. How about rather than being a keyboard warrior and typing smart arse stuff, you post some concrete evidence, 100% concrete proof that ALL mods will get you banned. Cos that'd sort out quite a few discussions I've seen on the front page of this forum today.
Still can't believe this all started off trying to get people talking and playing together rather than staring at each other with no way to communicate other than canned emotes. -.- Glad this forum isn't anything like what I've experienced in-game.
*Reported this one. I breach terms when I post songs with vulgarity; I'm sure they're taking this post as it was intended - to help users.
That said the risks present aren't worth. Not to mention your chat client offends my 76er culture.
