A and D make you do the jig, for really fun application try alternating them
S makes you run away
Q makes you in to Predator
R makes you wish you had reloaded ten seconds ago
E when none of the others seem to work
Also, read the monitor in front of you, it tells you what keys to press.

Double check the info online. You should have no issues finding better guides on reddit and youTube if you need them.

You probably also have the issue most people have when their FPS is unlocked.
FPS cap your game to 60 or 90 and you'll be fine, use AMD Adrenaline or Nvidias Control Panel to do so.
I was unable to move because I had 500 fps in the vault when I first started. (Yeah the game engine is still broken when it comes to high fps)
