Should I reroll 1 star unyielding?
I got my full set today but I got 3 pieces that are only 1 star so I'm wondering if I should continue to try and craft better ones or if just the one star is good enough and I can move on to other things?

Honestly I think two-star is the sweet spot, If Unyielding is what you want to use, then keep it as is and roll more until you improve upon it. If you re-roll it it will almost certainly become Juggernaut's or some other one you don't want.

Keep current. Roll new until you can get an improved version.

The legendary rolling is one of my least favorite parts of the game. Having to roll each one individually would be a grind. Having to roll everything at the same time is like a literal slot machine that takes legendary modules and most people end up, at best, with something approaching what they actually wanted. Needs a rework imo.

Never ever reroll. Craft what you can, add 3 star, use excess for surplus script.

Rinse repeat until you're happy.

Use them to clean out vendor for more cores, store the rest in a spare storage account.

Keep that piece. Get another piece. Roll it till you get unyielding better than you've got now.

Wear it, and then reroll the original piece.

I shouldn't have said reroll, I just meant is it worth continuing to try and get better? I'm using Secret Service so it gets legendaries once created so it's a bit cheaper.

Yes but just wear an make another. Ah you say secret service, which can't be dropped into a spare account, in which case I had to make sure I could sell it.

What I did is just kept craft the SS armour as it gives a random set of stars and buffs.

So I ignored 1 and 2. I then did a bit of planning, you can stack armour buffs, but I wanted a mix on each piece with all 3 stars.

Took a lot of crafting and comparing, but about 50 odd cores to get the right pieces for me.

Keep and use it for now, and just make another from time to time of you don't have the cores.

I constantly see people say that, here, Reddit, FB wherever, and I don’t get it. What am I missing?

Within a couple events and expeditions, I have plenty of scrip to max the machine for that day. On the other hand, I have a (temoprarily?) bottomless box to stuff scrap into.

I’m NEVER at a want for more legendaries to feed the machine. In fact, normally at the end of a couple-hour play session, my Stash is near weight limit, filled with enough legendaries to max scrip when I log in next, I’ve sold through the NPC vendors’ cap limit, and I’m dropping any further legendaries I bring back from earning stamps or doing events for plans, because I don’t have any thing to do with them.

Why would I want to burn scrap to build something else to roll on if I get useless rolls? Am I doing it wrong?

To add… if I get something decent, that isn’t better than what I already have, and someone might find it useful, it goes into my vendor for a few days- if it doesn’t sell, it gets scripped or thrown away too.

The only time I crafted new was when I was putting together my set of Unyielding SS armor. It costs fewer modules to make a new piece than re-roll. With those, when I was already over scrip limit, they got destroyed by dropping them in the yard, too.

When I'm rerolling, but have a good piece, I'll reroll another piece of the same gear until I get a better one.

100% yes. When I have good, and am rolling for great, I craft another to roll on- but I’ll burn through 50 or 60 modules on that one item.

Legendaries are CHEAP. I just wish you could scrap Legendaries once you’ve maxed scrip and stash space. About half the time I’m playing, Legendaries are worth less to me than regular weapons, because I can at least turn regular weapons into scrap.

You can sell them on your vendor to other players, that's what I do. Players like to buy guns to script.

Ofc you can. I did that for the longest time, ran around with a mixxed set of random UnY gear.
I only invested the resources to reroll it all as a full set of SS, secret service, 3 Stars.
That sure did make me shudder, but now that I have that full set of 3 star, not all are god rolls yet, I am happy I did.
Its noticabley stronger and I'll eventually reroll the last few peaces that are not gold rolls.
I just wish I could sell those extra SS UnY I wont be using. Oh well, no big deal

Have fun ! Start building up your reserves of mats, then start going for 3 star god rolls :) you'll be happy you did

You know, i tried that for a while. I'd read that people sell scrip-legendaries for 100c/star. They rarely moved. Then I tried 50c/star… still slow moving.

I got tired of them clogging up my stash limit, and assumed most players were finding them as easy to max-out as i was.

Yeah I don't know what people suggest selling for but I sell for suuuuper cheap, probably why they sell for me. But I don't vendor to make caps, I vendor to make space :kyouclannad:
intlgunmonkey Jun 10, 2024 @ 2:22pm
I sell a fair number of 5-10k cap Fixers and Railways that come out with good rolls but not good enough to replace what I have. Those move well, but I’ve given up trying to sell junk and event-named legendaries in my vendor.

If they can’t go in the machine, or an NPC vendor, and I’m not near a Red Box, they go in the paper bag.
