Always been a big fan of the regular Nuka Cola Collectron and the "Cola Nut" perk, several possible buffs rolled into one, mainly used as a stimpak substitute on non-PA builds plus whatever I can collect usable amounts of, but that's me.
Edit: And I know this wasn't exactly your question, I still count the Cola collectron as a "Buff Machine" in this context.
Thats what I've done.
- Mechanical Derby Game, +2 INT
- Boardwalk Bonanza Pinball Machine, +2 PER & +2 AGI
- Bowling Alley Lane, +2 LCK & +2 CHA
- Weight Bench, +2 STR
- Exercise Bike, +2 END
- Fortune Teller, + LCK
- Perfume Machine, + CHR
- MothMan Pew, + EXP
--------------
Welp, good luck, have fun
Buff machines; Weight bench, punching bag, vault tec cardio torture device, etc - get the ones that apply to whatever you're lacking, first. So if you have a weak melee build go agi/str/end. If you lack charisma and luck and need better reward/loot get those machines.
In the end I usually forget about all the camp buffs unless I'm intentionally joining an ongoing team. They are the ultimate hospitality for noobs and shoppers; that is their true value after you no longer rely on buffs for survival (only really happens if you tried to do an end-game build early, such as meta bloodied)
AP, luck and int.
