You have to complete all three inside the Refuge quests before you can lead an expo to AC. Once you have talked to Skippy, try again.

I did the mini quests I helped the npc in the medical area, I helped the woman behind the counter in the I guess it's the dining area or cafe she had something like a maid or cafe uniform type outfit and I helped rucker the daily blue quest then after that it right away said to speak to sklppy and I did but as I said all that just to have only the pit to go to I def disliked fallout 3 pit and i don't think i would like to go to the pit in 76 unless I have to.

It just looks like your going to the Pit-Your not, your just finishing the Quest. After talking to Skippy and she says I'm your ride, then the Quest ends and you can pick where to go.

Your right I got to atlantic city but now I regret it got to the point to defeat that boss in the nightclub but he is not soloable bethesda unfairly made him too overpowered the best weapon in the game non legendary and I could only chip away 4 hit points and ran out of ammo wasting 1000 on him then I died then I respawned and went back to apalacia gave up I'll only go back with a group/team.

He is super tough, you need a good vampire melee weapon to deal with him.

You say you have the “best” non-legendary weapon in the game? Going up against any majorly group content should have legendary equipment and you’re probably going to want to join a team and go along for the ride a few times before trying to solo it.

What level are you?

Was around lvl 40 something but it seems in every fallout game lvl don't matter as all hostiles lvl with each player what lvl the player is the hostile creature and/or npc is the same lvl as I said solo impossible for me so a team is required me and another person works too unfortunately my friend who plays 76 is offline.

As for vampire items for me I doubt I'll be able to find any vampire weapons any time soon or later especially with only 800 caps or less.

Level matters below level 50, and once you hit 50 and then go higher, it matters less. What it does do is give you access to more perks and a better build, and you will also be getting better equipment.

Speaking of better equipment.

Participate in the event Eviction Notice as part of a team that has other members there. You will get LOTS of legendary equipment. Most of it garbage that is turned into scrip at the lego machine. But scrip is good.

Additionally, anytime you see someone start an expedition team (or someone who is leading your team goes to Atlantic City), jump on and go for a ride. You will get a LOT of experience at the end, plus 6 random legendary items. Most will be garbage, but some may not.

It’s all about getting yourself out there and playing the multiplayer game.

Below 100 you are better off doing those as a team. I soloed the Pitt at about 140 but even then still had some issues.

At this point walk everywhere, loot everything do all the dailies and weeklies and build up your stock of scrap, plans and perks. Do all of the public events as well, you get free legendary items from those, and some are excellent. You can also get flux, script and legendary cores which you will need once your start crafting your own legendaries.

Take your time, finish the MQ and then branch out to other things.

Thanks it seems you are right fallout 76 is not like other mmo's so i'll join a team until I reach lvl 100 sounds like the safest way to have fun.
