I'm pretty sure, they did add the new Halloween event in this update...hence why it's 5 GB.

General: Addressed an issue causing various items to not show up in the crafting menu such as; The Auto-Axe, Cold Shoulder, Union Power Armor, Makeshift Ronin Helmet, and Gladiator Mask.

Hmmmm..........My guess is that they lower the damage towards self while using explosive weapons and grenades...maybe?
