A Colossal Problem
Campfire Tales - Actually difficult to complete as teammates let the fire die, also long
Distinguished Guests - Lengthy to complete
Feed the People - long, easy to complete, people like the 5% exp food
Guided Meditation - long, lots of ghouls, decent exp gain one, easy to pass
Jail Break - Short, lots of super mutants, decent exp gain one, easy to pass
Path to Enlightenment - long, low exp value, low reward 5% exp passive for a while
Primal Cuts - I don't recall this one
Riding Shotgun - Medium length, easy to pass
Swarm of Suitors - Very short, hard for low levels to finish because of the time to kill the boss
Tea Time - Medium long, easy to pass
3 notes
Free Range - medium to short depending if you have people with the crook, easy to pass
Heart of the Swamp - super short, easy to pass for non low levels, the final bosses and the radiation can make it hard for new players
Line in the Sand - Long, great exp, flooded with players almost impossible to fail
Lode Baring - long, rewards are questionable
Mischief Night - Can be overwhelming for a new player (this is the trick or treat one?), lots of ghouls
One Violent Night - medium, easy to pass, easy to kill ghouls
Uranium Fever - Popular but I'm not really sure why, medium long length
4 notes
Encryptid - Requires a player spending 2500 caps and having some quests done, tends to get swarmed with players so easy to complete, highest DPS boss in the game
Project Paradise - very long, easy to pass, difficult to pass at 100%, exp is meh due to enemy types, lots of stages, not super popular
Radiation Rumble - Long, easy to pass (and can be done in like 30 seconds if people are wanting it to end and enough of them do), but most of the time this will end in a fail (time) or fail (survivors) or semi pass (rank 1-3 with less than full survivors), because its hands down the best exp farm the game has. Which means that players flood it, which means that broken legacies or hacked items from players tend to take all the xp
Scorched Earth - short to very long, tends to be swarmed by all the players, depends on the group, almost always worth joining for the improved repair kits alone
8 notes
A Colossal Problem - medium to very long, tends to get 4-8 players (max is 8), rewards are meh, exp can be decent if your not playing the objective [much like radiation rumble] and farming the adds, rewards are bad

I do not take credit for this chart, i just reorganized it and made it postable on steam forums.
I cannot recall the name of the person who did post this up on google docs where i first found it.

Additional notes: for the retirement plan, to maximize your time and rewards it would be best to hunt down the hunters first. talk to them tell them to give you their share take the caps then eliminate them. sell the loot. when dealing with the runaway, to get the maximum out of the rep tell them to go live at foundation, then eliminate them.
tell rocksy no matter what happens, that appalachia has a new corpse.
for the ohio rivers unmarked, bring mirelurk meat / queen meat with you, run the perimeter of the compound clockwise from fast travel spawn point there are two mirelurks right around the spawn point then go clockwise around the compound to get more mirelurks and eggs along the riverbed. all the way around to the docks then talk to Fishbones, his convo should trigger the short defend quest, it starts he says thanks for helping, you say sure thing friends of crater, then ask him about how he got stuck out here, after that goes its course should get an option to ask if you can help. might need to run convo multiple times as fishbones gets stuck in idle chat sometimes breaking the chain, back out restart the convo chain... sometimes it just wont trigger. other times it might trigger you defend and then talk to get reward, and you might be able to trigger it all over again. not recommended for daily rep or a source of caps for selling mirelurk meats and eggs. but its there if anyone wants to have a bit of fun.
this chart may change in the future due to Bethesda Austin making changes to the reputation system or other additions to the reputation system with new factions.
as of March 1 2021 this chart should be fairly accurate.
