I think only way you can get that mask is in white springs bunker, from enclave modus vender

Alright I'll check it out, the wiki still says it drops from enclave events (which was true a long time ago).

the droped long ago like every other piece of the set, the problem is with all this new stuff implemented since game start they must share there loottables with many more things, lowering the chance for drop in the end

Somewhere between 10K and 30K depending on the player selling it. That was a few months ago, no clue what players sell it for now.

Its very rare, you can get it from enclave events. I havn't gotten it yet from it. Scriped mine when we had 300 stash space limit, needed to save space then.

yea it used to be cheap you could just buy it from the enclave production vendor but they removed it a long time ago, its a rare event drop now

it is rare mask, drops from savage divide events with very low chance. also its expensive, so if you got it don't waste the mask for useless caps.
i got 2 masks once few month ago and managed to change one of them on bloodied explosive minigun.

Mega Player here: This mask is ULTRA ULTRA rare now, as Modus no longer sells it. The only way, and the best way to get the mask now, is to do Savage Divide and Enclave events. This mask is so rare, it's worth more than 30k caps, and is typically treated as a trade item. If someone want's to just "give" it to you, take it... because you'll never find it in a vending machine, and you may well finish playing the game before it drops. IIRC, it's 1:666 (yes, really), i.e. about 0.15% drop rate from events... and that's assuming you're doing those events ALL THE TIME.

You can also get it from events in the Forest region. I recently got both masks and some other rare outfits rewarded as a bundle for completing the Wolf Horde event.
