How can I find the bethesda.net account that I'm linked to?

Might be a bit weird question, but how can I tell which bethesda.net account my steam is linked to, because I don't remember that any of the games ever asked me to log into one. I already checked my main (and only) bethesda acc and my steam doesn't seem to be linked.
Also in-game name is just some random letters and numbers. In the section "bethesda.net" in the game options I only see one string "build" with numbers and letters that doesn't react to any action, if that's important.

Ideally I'd like to re-link my steam to my bethesda.net, but to do this I need to find the one I'm already linked to, and yeah I'm aware that my progress might be lost in the process.

Go to Bethesda dot net. And follow the steps for account recovery.

That name you ahve is a temp name given to you by Beth when you linked your Steam account.
Log into your Bethesda account and change your name via the settings. Can be done once every 3 months.

You can find more detailed instructions if you need them, this is a known thing and has been answered by others.

The thing is, I have literally zero information about that bethesda account so how do I even recover it then? The only thing I know is display name.

Well I have done this, and DOom64 recognise me with my steam email adress and nickname.. but fallout76 gave me this radom "spotlesskhajiit" weird name with no email adress and no possibility to log in / restaure account on their site
Honestly beteshda is terrible my fallout experience was castastrophic in 2018 ans now I want to give the game a second chance and pay it the full price a second time and they screw me with a 'ghost account"
Am I supposed to play with a random nickname until the problem is fixed ? what about the fallout first memebership I paid. Will it be gone ? tsshhh
