I know they can manually transfer annual subscriptions between Bethesda.net PC to Steam PC. Don't know if they can do it for console to PC though.
contact nethesda suppost. for pc from beth net when they granted pre existing pc owners a steam activation, fallout 1st PC subscribers had some luck with support. console to pc? not looking good but you cant say for sure until YOU contact support.
That's why atoms are separate. That's what the row of Epic Games with Apple/Steam is about.
I dont understand why purchases wouldn't transfer from different platforms like ps4 to steam like what the guy said above me but i haven't seen atoms even though the xbox/microsoft pc store is all one company under a single account with gamepass which didn't make much sense.
Atleast with Epic Fortnite If i buy a Battle pass on xbox than i have the battle pass on PC and whatever skins i buy with v-bucks on my phone will show up on all consoles or pc's under one account.
Fallout 76: What happens to your account progress or purchases if a xbox one player decides to buy a Ps5 or a PS4 player decides he wants a PC or Xbox X? We have to start over which sucks cause all them wallpapers and floor decors and power armor skins are gone which my yearly Fo1st atoms paid for and yes bethesda got 70% while the platform got 30% and i get 0% if i decide to play elsewhere which isn't great for a pure online micro transaction game that requires a online account that is expected to go on for years.
