How can we unlock ghillie suit for nuclear winter mode guys?

It was a timed event. You can't anymore. (Needed to gain like 10,000 Overseer XP or something)

You can get the basic off of 14650 overseer xp anytime it is in the standard character challenges. The special ones for various armors are in the seasonal event that is still ongoing.

Ye but that is in standard only right? in Nuclear Winter can i still unlock ghillie suit instead of vault blue suit?

The suit is a NW challenge, so after getting the required xp in NW you will be rewarded with it and then can use it instead of the vault suit. If you play NW check the challenges screen and it will show you.

Thanks ,how much time does the season lasts for Nuclear Winter? same as the normal game? or has another duration

They seemed to have just removed the Survivor pack stuff that had the Ghillie Suit in it for no real reason in the last major patch. Since they replaced it with nothing. And also removed the glitch that was letting you unlock past limited time NW awards too. So at the moment there is no reason to play NW other than trying to get your daily score thing done.
