From what I remember, if the door does not open, it means there is a robot in the room and you have to kill it first.
Otherwise, means there is a terminal or button nearby you need to use.
If you don't see any, it could very well be a bug.
I don't know if it is the where you are but I remember there was a point for me where I had to cross a bridge and turrets were shooting.
I remember the door didn't open and it was only when I went down and explored the area below that bridge that I found an assaultron and I had to kill it before I could progress.
I am currently facing this too, waste of time.....
Yup, this quest has the potential to glitch in several places with Ra-Ra going through a grate, and then never doing anything else. If she glitches out, the only solution is to server hop and start that dungeon again. It's been that way since the content dropped.
Also let Bethesda know that mission is broken again. It has happened before to other players. Also a few other missions can break also. Hope you get past this
Good luck

Sent a ticket about Fun and Games and got an official reply to verify the game files. Have done that every time when getting stuck with glitched quests and it has worked 100%.
Could be just one of Beth's BS replies and all you need to do is switch server, but if the server hopping doesn't help try verifying the files.
