But that’s mostly because SPECIAL points are limited and putting even more in Luck would compromise my build.
So it’s more a question of what Perk Cards will you sacrifice the ability to equip just to have Class Freak?
I wasn’t going to make that compromise, as I’ve put seven points in Luck for Starched Genes, Good with Salt and Woodchucker already, adding Class Freak would take that requirement up to 10 and that I didn’t want to do that!!!!
For anyone running mutations, it is a very powerful perk, but as I said it depends on what those mutations are and if the negatives affect your build or not.
Healing Factor: Chems 55% less effective (but just use twice as many, since I don’t need them for healing).
Herbivore: negative has no effect on combat.
Scaly Skin: AP -50, don’t use VATs.
Twisted Muscles: Gun accuracy -50, never noticed any problems.
