Does Bandolier Perk Card reduce weight of non-conventional ammo?
I am curious if non-conventional ammo (in this specific case, railway spikes) are classified as “bullets” using the Bandolier Perk Card.

Or is some other Perk Card required to reduce the weight of these items?

I believe it works on anything not considered 'Energy Ammo'.
