Then transitioning to aiming sight, sharpshooter, dead eye, redemption, bold level, smart-ass, resourceful, mind of steel according to marine's needs. You want to counter bad traits with perks.
Then picking class-specific perks:
Sergeant: charismatic, advanced radio packs;
Recon: silencer;
Gunner: high-impact rounds;
2. Sharpshooter or Deadeye
3. Team Spirit
4. Redemption
5. Resourceful or Hardened
-Team Spirit
-Redemption
-Sharp Shooter
-Resourceful
-Unbreakable Will
Most powerful perks in my opinion. Others just enhance those.
As for the second upgrade, I think aiming sights is my favorite.
When we get to the third upgrade, it usually is a class specific upgrade.
