Does godmode disable achievements?

Not that I am aware of though I have never used the option myself. I would guess there would be some sort of warning if it did.

God Mode does not disable achievements to my knowledge.

There is, by design, absolutely nothing in-game (including achievements) that you lose out on by having God Mode on.
