Doom damage (Ares) is also good for some hit'n'run tactics.
The general tactic for fighting anything and especially bosses is to not be in their faces constantly. Wait it out, observe patterns, and see when they are not attacking.
Alecto might be annoying due to her Rage which doesn't go away at the last phase and that's the point where harassing her from afar is good.
Any weapon is good as long as you feel comfortable using it, but consider having some poison/doom during the runs.
There isn't really a "boss strategy" for Furies. The fights are extremely simple in design. You dodge their attacks and deal damage to them. It's mechanics-based. Alecto punishes low damage more than the others since the fight actively gets harder if you take longer, but every boss in this game punishes low damage by just getting off a lot more attacks. You need a core boon that has some synergy with your weapon. From there, seek tier 2 boons from that god that amplify your damage and/or try to trigger a duo that works well for your build, while filling your dash and call slots with good boons (ideally Poseidon or Athena dash, and either Zeus or Dio call for damage or just take an invincible one). If you play a weapon that uses both attack and special (like sword or Chiron bow), you could try to play for Privileged Status with your god selection.
Open with a couple specials as you dach around and scope the level, they are really good to deal status effects, especially stackable ones, and Doom is straight up joy on bow special.
After the crowds are well thinned, find a good spot to build up some real damage at them.
Really, it's like a dance.
Zag bow can do damage too, but most of its innate damage is from shotgunning the special, which is pretty tricky. The attack becomes good after getting Twin Shot or Triple Shot (the latter of which also requires you to shotgun), which literally double or triple your damage. Point-Blank Shot isn't bad either.
