Does Boiling Blood Work?

It says it would give me more damage to the crystal in them, but testing on skelly it does nothing to the numbers.

Idk if you have the effect right since the sentence is slightly off, but the effect is you deal more attack or special dmg to the enemy with the stone in them. And it does work.

Yeah, basically when you use Cast on an enemy and they have a stone stuck in them you deal extra damage to that specific enemy. Very handy against bosses and tough enemies

Does it work with Dionysus' party cloud boon? Otherwise that boon becomes more of a downgrade if you max out boiling blood.

it does not work with casts that do not lodge the stone into enemies, so:

- Dionysus
- Demeter
- Ares

It doesn't but that is the downside of those boons which have some of the highest dps for a cast in the game.
