Favorite and Least Favorite Weapon?

My favorite weapon is the Spear, and my least favorite is the gun.

All depends on aspects and boon loadout. For example the gun/rail is the best weapon in the game for speedruns if using eris aspect. My personal favorite to play with are the fists. The spear is my least favorite. Takes alot of help to make a strong build with it. The spear was the first weapon i cleared the game with though.

Favorite has to be Shield (closely followed by Arthus Sword) and least favorite is the bow. I just cannot get a good run with it, have to try some more Hera things though.

Hidden aspect of the sword i'd say is my favourite currently. Overall i'd say twin fists. Least favourite is either rail or spear - mostly depends on boons i'd get that run.

Gauntlets are my least favorite. I find that if I get too close to a boss or armored enemy, I start having trouble discerning their attack animation or when they are starting up. And so I've tended to move further and further away from shorter ranged weapons like shield and gauntlet. Sword has just enough reach that I can still see Zagreus most times. While Gauntlets has given me some of the faster boss clears, I also take a lot more damage overall with them.

Spear, easily my favorite, though I still don't take full advantage of the spear's benefits.

Gauntlets are my favorite as I like to keep things up close and personally with a lot of. literally, hit-and-run tactics. Had a lot of fun with the 2nd Aspect in particular, coupling Poseidon's boon to Magnet Cutter and playing racketball with the enemies...

Bow is my least favorite unless I can get Rapid Fire early. It is very slow for my taste.

Seems like an unpopular opinion over here, but Stygius is definetely my personal favorite. Simple, yet effective, no matter what Aspect you prefer.

Exagryph is probably the weapon I ignore most of the time. I know it's quite busted when you know what you're doing, but I came here to play hack'n'slash after all.

Favorite: Sword (Stygius) - I don't think it's the best weapon in the game, but it's just a lot of fun to play and I think it has a great balance of being good and fun at the same time.

Least Favorite: Gun (Exagryph) - Doesn't deal enough damage and has too low of an ammo count. The special is cool but can be really unreliable at times, with it firing into "random" directions. It's not bad but it's just worse than the other weapons. (Exagryph might be the only weapon I actually dislike in the game.)

You should try it with M&KB. I tried it on the Switch and sucked ass, but on PC mit M&KB its a really good weapon.

i really like the fists, but also im really bad at using any but the sword and the fists. my least favorite is probably the spear. i just can't get the hang of long range. fists are fun because i get to run in and punch things to death super fast and it's great

My favorite so far is the gloves, and my least favorite is the bow. But i think all the weapons are cool and useful.

+1, the Chaos aspect with Poseidon buff is extremely fun and effective.

Picking a favorite is hard. They're all good.

Least favorite is Spear, primarily because I think the Guan Yu aspect is garbage compared to its kin in other weapons. While life steal is good and all, the HP hit and HP buff hit makes it fall off dramatically by Elysium unless you use it as almost a caster weapon. Plus the Sword has a lifesteal boon on the D.Hammer which has better lifesteal, and less nerf impact, and not too rare - not that I prefer that boon to some of the others but it's odd they picked the charge attack on the spear and it's basically a slower blade rift with less range for only 1hp per tick. I wouldn't mind it as much if it also didn't affect HP Up buffs, but alas. The slower attacks also sometimes throw off my dash attacks if I spam them a little. Anyway, I prefer Hades spear.

The rest of the weapons I like basically equally, and I really like all of the 4th aspects aside from the aforementioned.

Favorite has to be the punchy fists because they work for every build, least favorite is the gun because everything about the reload mechanic sucks.
