[Suggestion] - City of Ephyra fountain reminder

I keep forgetting to use the fountain in the City of Ephyra before leaving once the barriers are down. Can Mel be blocked from heading to the rift of Thessaly until using the fountain?

+1. I missed the central Fountain in Ephyra as well for a few runs, 'cause I didn't realize it was a thing. It should be made mandatory before exiting to Charon's shop (that said, I love the flexibility as to when you can use the Fountain any other time in Ephyra).

Speaking of Fountains and healing, it would be nice if there was a guaranteed healing item at each of Charon's shops just before Chronos and Eris (the latter to be changed later; the former because it parallels how the original game operated: you always got a Fountain just before the final boss).
