Hermes not showing up as boon except for shops

I restarted a file since the last patch and have not seen any Hermes boons in 30 days that weren't from a shop. I know he was showing up too much at the start of runs before this last patch, but now he's not showing up at all in a situation where you can give him a nectar. He's not showing up on underworld run rooms, and he's not showing up in Ephyra. So this is blocking me out of his trinket and the incantation for the boon details.

Maybe it's just bad luck, but rerolling many times in Ephyra isn't working, so I'm guessing it's just bugged.

Also, since it may be connected, as I know the old way was scripted... I also seem unable to get Buried Treasure from Poseidon and a few other solitary boons from other gods (i.e. Double Strike from Zeus). I'm pretty sure those were scripted from Poseidon in the previous patches on about the 5th or 6th run when the elemental essences showed up. I never got that scripted event this patch for the "old boons", and Hermes line usually started the run after that, which made his boons start to show up. Now, with the "shorter" way to the surface, I think it may have broken those scripts if they're still supposed to be in, which blocks quite a few different points of progression.

Can confirm this bug is new since the latest patch. Frustrating too, since I want to gift him a second Nectar.
