How do I get LIFE SAVINGS from Narcissus?

I tried everything, 70+ runs and I CANT GET IT. I already helped him to get along with Echo and still no luck. Is there a specific condition? Empty DD? Full DD? No DD?

The only condition is that you need at least 1 missing Death Defiance, as far as I know. You cannot get it if your death defiances don't show an empty circle where you lost one previously.

Song is right. I grinded for that stupid boon a bit doing 0-Fear runs. I'd lose a Death Defiance in room 1 of Erebus then just play a normal run. Remember to unlock every sealed gate in Oceanus because sometimes the ol' Narc is hiding behind one.

Yeah, the condition is a missing death defiance. He's a fairly rare room, plus that condition, and he shows up pretty early, so that's why it's generally hard to get it. There are two other fated tasks that also require 1 missing death defiance, but the other two show up much more frequently (and later). So yeah, once you're comfortable missing a DD, just lose one in the first room and do normal runs. You'll get it eventually.
