guys I've seen videos with legendary and heroic blessings, how can I get it?

Have you unlocked the Codex yet? This will show you the requirements for boons, Duos and Legendaries. You'll be consulting the Codex during every run to pursue your build. There's no fixed recipe for a Legendary; each god has their own.

Bear in mind that some boons have an unmentioned "slot", so you can't have Aphrodite's main Attack boon and then get Demeter's main Attack boon (at least, not without Sacrificing). However, there are some boons that are supplemental and allow you to freely and the effects of different gods together (you could have icy cyclones inside a scorch cast, for instance).

Legendary boons just have a longer/more specific list of prerequisites, generally three boons from three different categories for a standard god, or one boon for Hermes and Chaos (these two have no specific requirement but are extremely rare). You can see what the requirements are once you have the codex.

Heroic rarity requires either the use of the boons Rare Crop or Bridal Glow, having a max-level god keepsake and being offered a naturally epic boon that you can then rarify to heroic, or having a max-level Aromatic Phial keepsake, which lets you turn one random common rarity boon to heroic rarity when you next use a fountain. You can also get a heroic rarity Chaos boon by being offered the extremely rare (and godawful) Barren penalty to overcome, or by getting the duo boon Treasured Heirloom (+1 levels to keepsakes) to have a level 4 Chaos keepsake, which will then give you a random heroic-rarity Chaos boon when equipped. Finally, you can get a heroic rarity boon offered as a sacrifice boon (swap) in place of an epic core boon you already have.

How to get a heroic boon in act 1.

Pick a god you like that grants the kind of boon you like that has a trinket to rarify. Take an arcana selection that includes increasint rarity and rerolling boons.

I need to explain something about the RNG here. Let's say you walk out into the first room and Hera has her special damage up boon. You quit, which treats the run as if it didn't happen. You load in with the zeus trinket, and now Zeus offers his special damage boon at the same rarity.

This persists through rerolls. If you walked out and it was hera offerring purple attack up but only after rerolling twice, when you walk out later with the zeus trinkets it'll be there after the same number of rerolls.

So here's the trick. Walk into the first room of a run and reroll untill you see the kind of boon you really want. If you don't see it, exit and restart and ignore this method. Just play a normal run.

But if you do see a purple attack up, you can come back with a tier 3 trinket if the god in question and rarify it, having a red boon in room one.

If you're going upward, you can instead take Narcissus's trinket and use the fountain immediately. This is a good fallback for when you tried the above but RNG wasn't on your side, so you pick a common boon.

or, alternatively, you could deliberately pick up a common boon like for me zeus' storm ring, and nothing else common, then take the keepsake that buffs a common boon to heroic, and there's only 1 to pick from, = bam, heroic boon of something i like. i have to get through the first area with a common, but that's never hard, and the second effectively without a trinket, but i haz heroic to start the second zone, i'm good on the trinket, if that's not enough my build is wrong. doesn't work completely if you get more than 1 common, but since i did it, i maxed the narcissus trinket
