There, fixed (yes, that is a spoiler for the first game :P).
Anyway, I knew that foe the moment I saw the encounter. All too well. Couldn't beat it with the weapon I had, but in time, mayhaps...
He's not too difficult if you use your cast a lot since it slows it down
And considering he has an over the screen HP bar, I'd say he is considered something like a secret boss (or easter egg), same as The Kraken on the Surface Both of them play out like a real boss fight but you won't get them in every run and are skippable in some ocassions.
Hopefully we get more secret bosses like them with future patches. I like suprises like that.
He's a joke of an enemy in this game because of cast...
