I like it, make you have to think a little more on what army composition you want, you can still create small support armies if you need more of specific units, but it does make quest battles a little more interesting and balanced, same with major settlement garrison battles.

I also use slower replenishment. Sure its kind of hard on very hard difficulty, but I like the struggle.

The only drawback is that characters is even more valuable, so I am using a 2XP mod to slow down their leveling which helps a little.

Pro Ai doesn't make thunderbarge doomstacks.
Con AI seems to hero spam more often in their armies.

it's to pointy-ear *spit* sided....in either way.
HE dragons 2 points - yeah......any other dragon 3.

HE dragons have the highest points cost in TT, the mod is very biased.

edit: bs mod is pretty bs

I have used it but I generally don't. I can only remember one campaign where I felt the need to make a doom stack- grom dealing with HE and their doomstack.

I cannot play without it. It is better for balance and also for immersion, as the AI cannot make doomstacks.

There is one massive downside, however: It makes OP characters even more difficult to counter.

Use the zero skill points mod. Makes everything closer to multiplayer the whole campaign. It's better that way.

What does it do? Make characters stay at their default stats and no army buffs?!

Pretty much. Only automatically unlocked skills are assigned. You get the quest lines, etc.
