No, its quite literally my starting enemy i just moved on first turn forward, killed his first army, took first settlement, moved up, he had a second army move under me behind me to take it back, i killed one army with basically the same unit composition as on the picture, then killed half of his units in that army already, he retreated back into the town and instantly got a full army back up again with the same units
In my game, I beat the first lord. Took the settlement and the one after, but their second lord only had mostly marauders, some trolls, and chaos warriors. After I beat that off, they only had a partial army milling around and a couple of lone lords, so I was able to take the major settlement without much difficulty.
All you need for Aspiring Champions as Warriors of Chaos is high enough chaos corruption in the region and a lucky roll on the Warband Recruitment refreshment.
