Champions of Chaos added 1 marked lord type for each chaos god:
- Chaos Lord of Khorne
- Chaos Lord of Slaanesh
- Chaos Sorcerer Lord of Tzeentch
- Chaos Sorcerer Lord Nurgle
And 1 hero type:
- Exalted Hero of Khorne
- Chaos Sorcerer of Slaanesh
- Chaos Sorcerer of Tzeentch
- Exalted Hero of Nurgle
Shadows of Change adds the following marked lord type:
- Chaos Lord of Tzeentch
and hero:
- Exalted Hero of Tzeentch
The Nurgle part of Thrones of Decay adds the following marked lord type:
- Chaos Lord of Nurgle
and hero:
- Chaos Sorcerer of Nurgle
So for the "Chaos Lord of Nurgle" you need the Nurgle part of Thrones of Decay. With Champions of Chaos you can only give the "Chaos Sorcerer Lord" a mark of Nurgle, not the "Chaos Lord".

We are most likely getting a "Sorcerer Lord of Slaanesh" and a "Exalted Hero of Slaanesh" in some future DLC. No idea how they will handle the situation when it comes to Khorne since he famously do not use traditional spellcasters (seeing magic as trickery), so giving a Chaos Sorcerer Lord or Chaos Sorcerer the mark of Khorne is kinda lore breaking.
