Report a translation problem
Seeding the map with factions where they don't belong is another issue. Maybe a PURE Immortal empires campaign where everyone is where they are supposed to be.
If I am playing as Karl Franz then I really do not care that Cathay exists on the same map, or even Dark Elves and not-America, I would much prefer it if it was just a much bigger old world and northern wastes map.
If modifying start positions is (understandably) too much work for every faction, then maybe just tweaking aggressiveness levels for your immediate enemies and allies to provide more of a challenge would help each campaign feel more unique.
They fixed this with Pharaoh where you actually have space to move around, pretty much one reason i don't play this game so much any more.
