Do people use Luminarks since their supposed buff?

I usually don’t. Overpriced. Slow, and I never seem able to get them to kill their value.

I’ll use the ROR version and maybe another one or two in Gelts army but that’s only bc he buffs them into being more useful.

I'll use the ROR one. It's good for the extra netting ability and higher damage but the regular ones are complete utter garbage. Even their extra abilities like the aura and extra winds of magic are not worth it. I would rather use that slot for an extra hailstorm battery or something more useful.

I use it sometimes, but rarely. They are useful, but only in highly specialized roles, and they require so much micromanagement that it slows the battle way down and makes it less fun.

It's only good at sniping lords in Multiplayer. Worthless in campaign.

I used it in multi against a friend and I have to say I was positively surprised with its performance. Haven't played an Empire campaign since Warhammer 1 though.
