Sisters of sigmar DLC ?
I wonder what kind of sentiment of sister of sigmar empire sub-faction is around the community, would you like to see LL and units based around that faction in the game ? what your thoughts and feeling about this ?

For those who don't know who sister of sigmar are, they are warhammer fantasy equivalent of Sister of battle from warhammer 40k. They been feature in warhammer game mordheim few years back.

I myself would like to see them in game but how about you ?

i wont mind see them as i always like sisters of battle so sisters of sigmar will be nice but if they be there own faction that will be really hard in my opinion as i dont think they have a big army them self

technicly they would be a empire faction so along the new units they would bring they
would also have access to standard empire roster of units (gryphons, wagons etc).

Maybe a ror never a faction. Also I'm sick of these people wanting female battalions...

Why would you not want warhammer things in warhammer

That would be pretty cool. Who would be the Legendary Lord? There aren't many named characters from them as they're not nearly as important as the 40k version. Bertha Bestraufrung is like the only named leader from them.

Edit: Also I'm pretty sure she died already but hey everyone dies in Warhammer Fantasy during the end times so that shouldn't stop us from adding them.

Ursula Scheck - Could be LL. she was I think the first sister of sigmar, she is ofcourse dead at this timeline(game) but so should be reponse I think.

they arnt a faction
they arnt even an army
they are a single convent to keep unruly nobles daughters from dragging down the family reputation

They had a mod for WH2 that added in a unit or two of them and a LL in the form of Bertha - both recruitable after taking Mordheim and building the associated landmark.

Unfortunately, whoever made it has yet to bring it over into WH3.

the problem is they dont have alot of units to really cover it like range ? they dont have range in lore sisters of sigma they dont have cavalary they dont have siege units so its really hard to make it a faction then if they dont even have inof units to even make it work

i can see them maybe be added as units for empire witch i will really love but even as my self that love sisters of battle and sisters of sigmar i have to pop that bubble of hope that they wont be there own faction in warhammer fantasy sisters of sigmar dont have inof units for that to matter unless GAME WORKSHOP says we make a hole faction of sisters of sigmar or allow CA to make a special faction for them wich i dont think they will since they keep everything close to warhammer lore

Sisters of Sigmar do not even exist at the timeframe of the game. They were based at Mordheim and had fallen shortly after the city. Part dead, part turned chaos, part found refuge with Neferata. All declared HERETIC within the Empire. And it was like 500 years ago?

they are not no
there is no loophole in the rules needed because the empire has no rule against men at arms under the church unlike the imperium

only similarity is they are agressive nuns

Sisters of Sigmar have one convent in one ruined city, they could be a Regiment of Renown at most but not a faction that builds an Empire and conquers the world.

Been a while since I went over Mordheim lore, but if memory serves, the Sisters of Sigmar basically stopped being a thing after that (which was about 500 years before "current" WHF). They were infiltrated by Lahmian vampires and taken over from within.

Always disappointed that the Mordhiem Landmark didn't let you recruit them as a unit (or indeed that owning the Moot didn't get Halfling Hotpots)
